Here you'll learn all about me: my interests and hobbies, my passions and compulsions. I am a writer. That is not a hobby. It is more than a career. It's more like a compulsion. I don't write because I want to, I write because I must. My passions are Paganism and the Renaissance. Oh, yeah, and my Significant Other. I've even included a list of my favorite links to other sites. I have a hobby. Needlecraft. I love to crochet and embroider. I also like to read. In fact it was reading that led directly to writing.

The real reason I'm doing this, all right, I'll confess, it's to promote my writing. They say that life begins at forty. In my case, it began at age fifty. That was when I got on the Internet, and all of this began. That was also when I began to see when and how I might be published. Of course I wanted to be published. What writer doesn't? My former editor (she got kicked upstairs) strongly recommended that I get me a site and build it to promote myself. So here it is.

What's New? What is new is that my two novels, "Takuhi's Dream" and "Roman Rhapsody" were published as ebooks by a brand new publisher, FireDrake's Weyr.

Takuhi's Dream is a book that is especially close to my heart. It is the second novel I ever finished. I started it in 1974, shortly after coming home to Paganism, and finished it in 1982, shortly after the birth of my daughter Nadia. It is about a young professional woman who is pursued by a monster and two men. One of the men clearly has evil intentions towards her. The other, well, you'll just have to order a download and find out for yourself.

The other story I wrote especially for FireDrake's Weyr. Roman Rhapsody is the story about a middle-aged happily married woman who, although wealthy is in a state of ennui. She is also having disturbingly erotic dreams about a woman in an earlier age who is having an affair with a gladiator. Will she be able to overcome this ennui or will she succumb to the temptation to have an affair with one of today's gladiators and possibly endanger her marriage?
